Applicants must be Ohio residents OR meet these other eligibility requirements.
Non-Ohio residents not otherwise eligible for standard cards can get an eCard for a $45 annual fee, charged to your account.
To comply with federal law, Wright Library cannot not collect information from minors under the age of 13 through our website.
Register children under 13 by downloading and completing the application for minors and bringing it to the library.
Children under 18 must initially visit the library accompanied by a parent/legal guardian with valid ID to activate a new library card.
